How do credits work?

Standard Clean uses 1 credit per audio minute, rounded up. Voice Isolation uses the same credits as a premium mode for difficult noise at 4 credits per audio minute with an 8-credit minimum per file. Basic Clean is free for eligible short clips, so you can test the workflow before buying credits.

Do one-time packs renew?

No. Starter Pack, Creator Pack, and Studio Pack are one-time credit purchases. They do not auto-renew and the credits are valid for 365 days.

How can I cancel a subscription?

Active subscriptions can be managed or canceled from Billing when provider data is available. You can also contact support@voicecleaner.org for help with cancellation.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests should be sent to support@voicecleaner.org with your account email, order number if available, and a short explanation. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

What if an audio cleanup job fails?

If a cleanup job fails, try another file or mode first. For billing or credit issues caused by a failed job, contact support and include the account email and task details.
