VoiceCleaner provides online audio cleanup tools for spoken recordings. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data when you use voicecleaner.org, create an account, upload audio, buy credits, or manage a subscription.

  1. Account information

    • We collect information such as your name, email address, sign-in method, and account settings.
    • We use this information to authenticate you, show your task history, manage credits, and provide customer support.

  2. Audio files and processing data

    • When you upload an audio file, we process the file, selected cleanup mode, duration, file format, task status, credit cost, and generated result links.
    • We use this information to run the requested cleanup, let you preview and download results, and troubleshoot failed jobs.

  3. Payment and billing data

    • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Creem or other configured providers.
    • VoiceCleaner stores order, subscription, product, credit, invoice, and payment status records needed to grant credits and manage billing. We do not store full card numbers.

  4. Usage, device, and cookie data

    • We may collect basic usage events, browser/device information, cookies, and similar data to keep the site working, remember preferences, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide the VoiceCleaner service, process uploaded audio, grant and consume credits, maintain account and billing records, send account or payment notices, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve product reliability.

You should only upload audio that you own or have permission to process. Your uploaded and processed files remain your content. VoiceCleaner uses them to provide the requested cleanup and related account history. If you want us to review or delete account-related data that is not available through the product interface, contact us at support@voicecleaner.org.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, payment, and processing data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your account credentials private and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of VoiceCleaner, our users, or others, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service.
