Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to VoiceCleaner. By accessing voicecleaner.org or using our audio cleanup tools, account features, credits, or subscriptions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

VoiceCleaner helps users clean spoken-audio recordings by reducing background noise and improving voice clarity. The service includes free basic cleanup for eligible short files, paid credit packs, subscriptions, task history, previews, and downloads.

VoiceCleaner is an independent product. It may use third-party infrastructure or AI/audio processing providers, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers unless explicitly stated.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload only audio that you own or have permission to process.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Review cleaned audio before publishing or relying on it.
  • Avoid using VoiceCleaner for illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activity.

Acceptable Use

You may not use VoiceCleaner to process audio that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or collected without the permissions required by law. You may not use the service to impersonate another person, mislead listeners, evade detection, violate privacy rights, or support harmful activity.

We may reject tasks, remove access, suspend accounts, or refuse support when we believe usage violates these rules, creates security or legal risk, or harms VoiceCleaner, other users, or third parties.

Audio Results and Limitations

VoiceCleaner is designed for practical audio cleanup, not guaranteed restoration. Results depend on the source recording, speech clarity, noise type, file quality, and selected cleanup mode. VoiceCleaner cannot guarantee that every word, speaker, or damaged section will be recovered.

Pricing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Pricing is shown on the VoiceCleaner pricing page before checkout. One-time credit packs do not auto-renew. Subscription plans renew automatically according to the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled.

Credits may have validity periods shown on the pricing page or in the product interface. Credits are granted after successful payment confirmation and may be consumed when audio cleanup jobs are started or completed according to the current product rules.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can manage or cancel active subscriptions from the Billing area when provider data is available. You can also contact support@voicecleaner.org if you need help with subscription access or cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests should be sent to support@voicecleaner.org with the account email, order number if available, and a short explanation. We review support and refund requests within 3 business days.

One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable after credits are granted or used, except where required by law or where a billing error, duplicate charge, or service failure occurred. Subscription refunds are reviewed case by case based on usage, billing status, applicable law, and payment processor rules.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates security risks, infringes third-party rights, or attempts to bypass payment, credit, rate-limit, or access controls.

Intellectual Property

VoiceCleaner, voicecleaner.org, product copy, interface design, and related software are owned by VoiceCleaner or its licensors. You retain rights to audio you upload, subject to the permissions needed for us to process it and provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceCleaner disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceCleaner and voicecleaner.org will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
